We enjoy our jobs and work hard to earn our clients' trust. More than 90% of our clients contact us based on the recommendation of past clients or our reputation in the community. We do about half of our business as listing agents and half as buyers' agents. This balance helps us keep our finger on the pulse of the market.
The agents at Thalia Tringo & Associates Real Estate are strongly committed to serving the communities in which they live and work and have served on the boards of local non-profits and community organization for many years. Each agent donates $250 from each real estate transaction to a local non-profit in honor of his or her clients. Additionally, Thalia Tringo & Associates Real Estate donates $250 from each real estate transaction to a pre-selected group of local charities for each closing. See a list of these organizations.

About Lynn Graham
Residential Sales Specialist, REALTOR ®
Lynn trained in the late 1970s as a child protection social worker. Since moving to Pittsburgh in January 1998, and then Somerville, MA in 1999, she ‘reinvented’ herself in line with three passions: home building, fashion and outdoor sports.
Lynn became a business owner in 2000 and bought a retail store, seeking to serve clients with an active urban lifestyle. Lynn designed the identity of her store--which she named Chinook--with a strong online presence, clear logo and mission. Her philosophy was to clothe clients in style and comfort. If they were comfortable, they were more likely to appreciate their surroundings and develop a sense of environmental stewardship. Lynn wanted her clients to love life and the outdoors.
All of the products in Chinook were a total reflection of who Lynn is and what she believes. She wanted to encourage her customers to minimize their ecological footprint locally and globally.
Chinook was also an integral part of the Davis Square (Somerville, MA) community. Lynn was a founding board member of the Davis Area Resident-Business Initiative (DARBI) for 2 years.
In sport, triathlons etc., Lynn has participated in many races and is excited by being outdoors. She fully embraces all weather conditions and the beauty and challenges each season brings.
In 2012, Lynn bought property in the community that is her home, Somerville, MA, and is now working to encourage others to discover the delights Somerville and neighboring cities have to offer.
About Brendon Edwards
Residential Sales Specialist, REALTOR ®
You never know where life will take you. I didn't plan to be a real estate agent, but it is the logical extension of my skills and interests, and I find it very rewarding. I grew up in a suburb of Chicago, in a house designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright, which gave me an early appreciation of architecture. As the son of an artist and an executive recruiter, I saw their interesting balance of business and art, which I try to incorporate in my own life. I have a B.A. in General Studio Arts and pursued further artistic training and a career in the arts. This path eventually lead me to New England to apprentice with a sculptor and glass artist in Providence. I came to Somerville in 1998 to teach glassblowing part-time at MIT and have remained there ever since, continuing to do my own glasswork as well. As a technical instructor at MIT, I interact with a wide range of bright, interesting people, which constantly challenges me to improve both my glassblowing and teaching skills. Teaching adults how to manipulate molten glass has taught me to be patient, to listen carefully, to be an effective problem-solver, and to remain calm under pressure while focused on the task.
Transitioning to real estate was a welcome opportunity to use my teaching/coaching skills to help others through the challenges that arise when buying and selling homes. I know these challenges from my own experience. My wife and I bought a condo in Union Square in 2006 (Thalia was our agent). Like many other couples, we found we had outgrown the space once our second child began walking. I understand and empathize with the process most parents go through when they contemplate a move: sizing up communities, weighing the pros and cons of urban vs. suburban life, trying to find a compromise that will work for the entire family. It has been a pleasure getting to know the immediate and surrounding communities, schools, parks, and playgrounds. Ultimately, we upsized in 2016 to a single-family in Arlington, where I can bike to the office and to MIT, and my daughter and son have a large yard to play in.
As an agent at Thalia Tringo & Associates Real Estate, I work collaboratively with my buyer and seller clients to make their transactions as smooth as possible.
Feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs and goals.
