As REALTORS®, our role is to help our clients make good decisions and
achieve the best possible outcomes when buying and selling real estate.
Buying or selling a home can be a stressful process. We try to make it as
smooth as possible by offering our clients thorough research, thoughtful
analysis, constructive advice, and sensitivity to their concerns.
We enjoy our jobs and work hard to earn our
clients' trust. More than 90% of our clients contact us based on the
recommendation of past clients or our reputation in the community. We do
about half of our business as listing agents and half as buyers'
agents. This balance helps us keep our finger on the pulse of the market.
The agents at Thalia Tringo & Associates Real Estate are strongly committed to serving the communities in which they live and work and have served on the boards of local non-profits and community organization for many years. Each agent donates $250 from each real estate transaction to a local non-profit in honor of his or her clients. Additionally, Thalia Tringo & Associates Real Estate donates $250 from each real estate transaction to a pre-selected group of local charities for each closing. See a list of these organizations.

Thalia has lived in Cambridge and Somerville since 1987 and is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about both cities. She strives to provide her clients with information and connections that help make them feel part of their community. She is a compulsive networker, and long after the transaction is over, she remains a resource for her clients.
A Somerville homeowner, Todd loves New England. After attending Bates College in Lewiston, Maine and settling in the Boston area, Todd worked as an elementary school teacher for almost 10 years until his twin boys were born. Todd fell in love with real estate during the process of searching for a new home for his growing family. He gained an appreciation for the vibrant communities and varying architecture in the greater Cambridge and Somerville area and, after nearly two years of house hunting with and learning alongside Thalia Tringo, purchased the perfect home--a late 19th century grand Victorian listed on the Somerville Historic Registry.
Todd enjoys spending time with his family. He loves sharing movie classics and having impromptu dance parties with his children, walking his boxer around Fresh Pond, and opening his home to family and friends. Todd thrives on travel and experiencing new places. Recently, he volunteered for an Earthwatch expedition to Romania to excavate an ancient Roman fort on the Danube River. He loves history, especially local history, and in 2011, Todd became a member of the Somerville Historic Preservation Commission.
As an agent, Todd spends time getting to know his clients and is dedicated to supporting and guiding them through the process of buying or selling a home. He is an astute listener who provides his clients with exceptional personal service. Combined with experience of having designed and renovated his own homes, Todd also has a great vision and sense of style that enable him to see the possibilities in any property. He is energetic and enthusiastic and he enjoys sharing his sense of humor. Professional and courteous, Todd would love to help you buy or sell your home.
