As a Realtor, my role is to help my clients make good decisions and achieve the best possible outcomes when buying and selling real estate. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful process. I try to make it as smooth as possible by offering my clients thorough research, thoughtful analysis, constructive advice, and sensitivity to their concerns.

I enjoy my job and work hard to earn my clients' trust. More than 90% of my clients contact me based on the recommendation of past clients or my reputation in the community. I do about half of my business as a listing agent and half as a buyer's agent. This balance helps me keep my finger on the pulse of the market.

I have lived in Cambridge and Somerville since 1987 and am very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about both cities. I strive to provide my clients with information and connections that help make them feel part of their community. I am a compulsive networker, and long after the transaction is over, I remain a resource for my clients.

I am strongly committed to serving the communities in which I live and work and have served on the boards of local non-profits for many years. I also donate $250 from each real estate transaction to a local non-profit in honor of my clients.
